Took my truck for a rain leak on a Wednesday. He told us that he cleaned the sunroof drains but that wasn’t the problem. He said the sunroof track was cracked/broken. I needed my truck so I picked it up Thursday night after work and was going to take it back in Monday for repairs. When I picked it up the interior was covered in dirt, front and back seats, dash board, headliner, door panels… I confronted them about it and all I got was excuses, it’s dirty in the shop, our clothes are dirty, the headliner is really dusty…. I don’t care how dirty you or the shop is!!! Clean your mess!
We then decide to take it to the dealership since it’s new and still under warranty. The dealership said the drains were stopped up. They cleaned the sunroof drains and leak is fixed! There was no break in the track. Very disappointing and will never take anything back to Stevens!

Took almost 2 weeks longer than Steven said, finally got the car back and it looks awful. Massive panel gaps, hood not lined up, used touch up paint on a quarter panel that should have been repainted, Steven collected all of that money from the insurance company and did a less than mediocre job. Gonna have to take it somewhere else to fix this guys mistakes. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE

One of my best friends recommended Stevens to do a collision repair on my car .. When I went to get an estimate I knew he would be the only one I ever refer to anyone myself . Great guy, was understanding and wants to treat his home town people with respect.and at least he acts like he cares . That’s the winner for me being a woman because you get some that are just out for money and themselves..Services: Painting
