Online order - 45 minutes later than time given to be ready. Staff is friendly, which is a good thing since the service is SUPER SLOW.

Absolutely the worst service and cold, burned pizza I have ever paid for. While waiting for your late pizza you will see a staff that makes pizza making look like the most difficult task in the world. You will find a better meal by forging dumpsters.

This was the first time I have ordered from the Pizza Hut in Killen. The store was clean, the people were friendly, and the pizzas were hot and delicious.

Not sure who the new guy is but Pizza Hut scored hiring him. I failed to ask his name but he’s been there about 3 months. He has customer service down to an art - if only businesses could hire more employees like him. Thumbs up Pizza Hut.
