Called Neals because they were recommended. They scheduled for the next business day.
Justin called me about the refrigerator and I could tell he was not wanting to work on it. If he made one excuse he made all of them stating the refrigerator is a tip hazard. Not the case. Among other excuses. I told him just to man up and tell me if he did not want to work on it, and he did. Why waste my time and effort of trying to stay local with my business. Very unprofessional. I could think of 100 other ways to go about saying hey I'm not sure what I'm doing or I'm not skilled enough etc. just be up front and honest. Do not weasley your way around an issue.

Recently purchased appliances here for our new build. Anthony was very polite and helpful. Pricing is comparable to the big box stores and even less on some things. They also service their own products. Happy to have used this local business and definitely recommend!

Very upset!! I will not recommend going here or buying anything about tires and they supposed to have came with block Tom balance rotate, and if there was a nail in the tire, they should supposed to take care of it call to get it fixed and was towed. Neil was retired and it’s only appliances so there’s no more warranty, business is going downhill and looks really trashy And ran down. Will never shop here again. Do not go here. Spread the word.
