Getting something delivered by FedEx has been the worst headache ever. I had ordered a product with expedited shipping and come the day it was to be delivered the driver decided delivery was too much trouble and marked the package as undeliverable. Then the customer service rep or the driver lied and told us our apartment management company had told them we moved. Upon asking why this was the rep told us the package didn't even leave their facility today but upon receiving a request to return to sender at 4PM it was at the airport within the hour. The rep recommended me to call the vendor and ask why they requested the package returned and when I did the vendor stated they had never made that request. Nightmare delivery service with team members who lie. Do not use them. I made a yelp review account just to speak out about how insane this is

I had to come in to pick up a package that needed a signature. Parking was a bit small but it was easy and convenient to get into. The inside looks just as it should. Very organized and clean. I was impressed with this. We didn't have to wait long because the person working the desk was all business. I appreciated that. She was also friendly but in a "lets get this done" way. I didn't ship a package but I watched her ship two in front of me and I thought she was very efficient and professional.

Just had a positive experience at this FedEx location. The employee that helped us ship our packages out was professional, accommodating, and nice. Wish I got the employee's name but we came in around 330pm on 11/30 and she was the woman working the counter. Thank you!

I had to go here to pick up a package that the driver said was undeliverable. This is hard for me to believe as I was home in my spot in the RV park I live in and the front office was open. This makes me think the driver didn't even try. Shame on you FedEx

After a frustrating hour and a half on the computer trying to print a shipping label with my FedEx account, my husband and I gave up and went to the shipping Center on Cheyenne. We were pleasantly surprised by a very nice woman who actually smiled at us and helped us through the process of shipping our large package. This is our new go to shipping center!

Professional. You can be in and out within a few short minutes. You will be greeted with a smile. Prices are a little higher than the competition, though. This location is also clean.

How fedex Delivered my package. Horrible service they just throw are packages and kick boxes around. Please hire better employees and train them to handle are packages with care. We are paying for are things to be Delivered but not like this.

I was supposed to have a package delivered to my home from my work. I had to sign for it. It was delayed several times and I opened and checked my patio several times during the day. I work from home and was home the whole day. At 4pm there was a sticker on my door saying they tried to deliver. No one knocked at my door, all day. When I used the tracking number on the sticker they left. it was documented they tried twice to deliver the package and I would have two days to pick it up or they would send it back. This is the worst driver, worst customer service I have ever experienced. No one knocked, they just stuck the sticker on my door and put the ball in my court. I will never use FEDEX again. What a loser company

I just spent an hour trying to ship three packages. Your staff is great nice and friendly, but you need to invest in an IT department to fix your computersAnd software engineers to recode your system,. It's ridiculous when a big company has a terrible system and computers that don't work or print. The second star is for the friendly staff

Shelley is holding this entire operation on her shoulders, and her commitment to courtesy, professionalism, and getting customers packages on time is the a pitta me of what FedEx was all about when it was created as a company decades ago. Everyone should feel a little bit prouder of their job because she is providing such a high standard of quality. Highly recommend, easy parking.
