They damaged my car. You'd think for $750 they could have treated it with care and not dumped it between totaled cars in several feet of grass and weeds.

Highly recommend the team at Carr towing and repair. I’ve had years of great services with these fellas. They are always super quick and reliable. I’m always so thankful to be able to ask questions and get an explanation so that I can understand. Good people and they know what there doing.

Extremely rude employee I spoke with. They were asked by alfa to tow my van and did not call me so they could get the keys and instead dragged my vehicle and when I called to ask why I didn’t get a call was told they don’t do calls and just do what they are told. I have never not received a call from a tow provider once with the vehicle. He then stated since they have a hook it wasn’t dragged. Clearly it wasn’t lifted in the air with a crane. It’s a 15 passenger. It was drug. Do NOT use this company.

They charged me 1400 for all my brake lines and all 4 calipers just driving home and putting it in park I could tell something was wrong. When I got out and inspected it I was still leaking fluid from 2 lines and the vacuum line wasn’t attached at all. So after I called I realized more and more I couldn’t take the vehicle back there and when I called to say all that was wrong he stated it had to be bad parts and I should have taken it back. But I won’t trust a place that does that work and then wants to argue about it.
