I wouldn't buy a nail in this place much less a lumber package to build a house. I spent over 120k right down the road at their competitor after being treated like my business didn't matter since I'm not a " builder". If management wants to challenge my story I've got the emails and the receipts to prove it. Take your business elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect.
