When I say it was the nicest experience, All my tires was dry rotted and he towed us all the way home 57 miles. He helped with everything, very nice person, so I can say if you need a very good and honest tow service, this is the one you should call...thank you sooo much Mr. Ray!

They answered my phone call right away, even tho it was Thanksgiving weekend. John Ray took my call and said he'd be in touch in less than an hour.26 minutes later he called and and advised when they would be onsite.Within less than 20 minutes when they called, he was onsite, and gave me a jump start, and I was able to take care of my car troubles (very old battery from 2017) and my problem was solved.I could NOT have been MORE satisfied with their response time and onsite service. IF, I ever have an issue that they can respond to, they will be my first phone call.Again, I could NOT have been MORE satisfied with the response time, and the service. I will NOT call another service company if I ever have something that Ray's Towing can resolve.Thank You for your Excellent Response and service, and it was a pleasure talking with you while you were onsite.BRN - Alexander City, AL 35010

Ray came and pulled me out of a muddy ditch when other companies were unwilling to come out. Awesome service and professional results. No damage to my truck. Also, very friendly and personable while I was not having the greatest of days. Thanks again Ray!

Ray came out on a Sunday afternoon to jump us off so that I could get the car going for work on Monday. He and his wife were headed out of town with their family to a big event in our area, but they decided to stop by and help. He couldn't have been nicer! My husband had a nice time visiting with him while he was charging our car. Good people and we will definitely use from now on! Highly recommend!

New to the area and had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Ray today. The sweetest man anyone could ever ask for to show up and save the day. He got to us very quickly and made sure we were all safe. We had our kids with us and he never even skipped a beat saying hello to them as well. Most fair and honest price. We will absolutely be calling again.

Met Ray about a week ago and he said if I ever needed a towing company to call... well....a week later and just so happen I did. We interrupted time with his family and he STILL went and got my car and towed it to our house. Parking it exactly where we needed it! Excellent service and price. If we ever need a towing company again we will be using him again.Highly recommend and I don't do that unless I mean it!?Service: Car towing

Ray is an absolute SAINT of a man. My car has been acting off for weeks and finally I got too nervous to drive it further. I was a good over 30 minutes from home and just got off a 12 hour workday (horrible day that had me just disheveled) out of the 3 closest to me tow trucks I called, he was the only one to not go straight to voice-mail. He went out of his way to even make sure he had my number and I had his because I was in an extremely dark area on 231. He is so sweet and personable and he even helped me check my car to try and eliminate the issue (I thought it was a bearing) if I ever get stuck somewhere again and need a tow, I will only ever go to Ray from now on.

We had the pleasure of meeting Mr Ray on the evening of July29th, 2023 . We are an elderly couple from out of town, meeting family also from out of town at Winn Creek for a day of fishing and piciniking., We were our way home had already noticed something wasnt right with the way truck was driving but couldn't pinpoint problem, no service centers open on Sat. evening..decided to take it slow but to go on home. Had a blow out..( We have AAA.), we called them had waited on side of hwy. for about an hour when they called to say it was gonna be a while they were sending some one from some where we had never heard of .as they had no service providers in the area.. We suggested they find someone local. They called shortly said they located Mr Ray that had Ray's Towing in Kellyton, Al. Within 5 min of hanging up with them Mr Ray called to say he would be there shortly, he was there in less than 30 min. Very courteous and professional. Went about pulling out spare out find it not in good shape and doughtlfully it would make it home. He offered he had his shop and garage back down the road a short way, thought he had a better tire that stood a better chance getting us home. We did and he had a good tire (hard to find size for a truck,) got us on the road in about an hour for a very good price that most services would not not even except as labor alone. My ‘79 volkswagon beetle convertable stranded me on a 98 degree Sunday afternoon. Brian Ray came to the rescue! Not only did he tow it to the service center I chose, he went above and beyond and found shelter to put it under because the top was off. The highly recommend Ray’s Towing!!!

Best roadside assist company I've ever delt with in my 64 years...they came on short notice, on Mothers day no less, and apologized it took so long to get here (and it wasn't long at all).
