Chris, thank you so much for taking care of us. He took time out of his day to fix our truck and get us on the road within a half an hour. He knew we were out of Towner and only charged us $36 dollars. Other people would have taken advantage of the situation. God bless!
PS, you have the clean bathroom I've ever seen in a garage setting! :)

I was on my way home from Fort Benning, Georgia to South West Missouri when I hit a metal piece that had fallen off the trailer in front of me. When I pulled over to take a look, my tire was flat and I assumed that it was popped. A man that works here named Chris came to get my tire, take it back to the shop, change the tire, and bring it back to me as I didn’t have a spare. When he took the wheel off, we discovered that it wasn’t my tire, but the metal had bent my rim. Chris took nearly 3-4 hours of his time searching for a new wheel for me, and when he returned and put the new one on, he had me follow him to the location he got the wheel from and stuck another wheel in the back of my car so that I would have a spare because I had a long drive ahead of me and they didn’t want me to go without a spare. I cannot thank him enough for helping me get back home to my family!

I bought a Jeep from a man named Randy Frasier yesterday 1/20/2021, met him hear, the owner of B's told me that he was a good guy and that the Jeep was in great condition, he checked it out and the only thing wrong with it was a sensor for the Speedometer and that it needed a new strut on the front right. When I got back to Birmingham and took to my mechanic of 20 years, they told me it had been maliciously falsified, with the gauge cluster being taken out and broken to paint over the Check Engine Light as well as the Check Airbag light, that the engine was leaking and that whoever had this Jeep before or anyone that has taken a quick look would 100% know that the problems it had, had been maliciously hidden. I just want to make sure nothing bad happens to anybody else because the mechanic/owner of this place knew very well that this jeep was in terrible condition and told me to my face as "God as his witness" that there was nothing wrong with this thing. I will now be getting my lawyers involved to look into this and just pray that nobody else uses these guys. The definition of BAD BUSINESSUPDATE: I absolutely asked if this vehicle was in good working condition and you told me you did work on it and that you did check it out and that it was in good condition and I am glad to hear there is surveillance footage because you will see that I did in fact ask you and you told me there was nothing wrong with this vehicle.

B's Tires in Kellyton, AL, fixed my vehicle & found another problem I was unaware if. I can't say enough about the great quality of service ?& friendly staff! I highly recommend B's Tires!

Used this shop for the first time based on a friends recommendation. Took my 01 GMC Sierra to them needing a/c work, power steering leak fixed, and sway bar rods. Told them I was in no rush as it wasn’t my daily and I just wanted it fixed right! Even told them I didn’t mind paying whatever it cost AS LONG AS IT WAS FIXED!!! Great customer service. I took my truck to them to take a look at it and with in an hour I received a call and was told what was wrong. Wasn't worth fixing so I went and got my truck. They didn't charge me nothing for looking at it. I would and will recommend to anybody. Thanks Chris.
