“I am appreciative that Regions keeps watch over my accounts with the Montevallo Branch. I was receiving texts about possible tampering with my checking account; I mistook it to be a scam. When Regions did not get a response from me, my account was locked. I am so grateful that happened. Someone had tried to hack my checking account, immediately, after I had used it for a purchase through a business who uses out of country representatives. I like the fact that, even though I didn't take initiative to follow through in fixing this situation, Regions did it for me. My first-of-the month income was saved.
