I took a stihl chainsaw For them to put a Pool cord and went to pick it up three days later and they said $140 something dollars he said it took him an hour and a half I told him I could buy a new chainsaw for 300 and to be all the new cord was not but 22 inches long and it supposed to have been 40 inches try to start a chainsaw with a smile quarts. Called dealership on the phone. They did not have what I was looking for(used gator). The young man I spoke with looked on line and found one in Scottsboro at Tri-Green. I drove up there and purchased it. Thanks.

Had an on issue with our 2038R and was told it was a regeneration problem. I did my own research and check myKen equipment to save myself. It most definitely not that issue which would’ve cost me a lot more. The seat safety switch trigger the same issue! Check your own equipment before calling and getting a huge lump in your throat from being told costs to repair.

Ordered a 4066r from Ron last year. Was told it would arrive in Jan. Called today because I have not heard from any one. Ron said give him a few minutes and he would call me back. He did not. Called again a few hours later to find he saw the order but did not know where the tractor went. Offered me a delivery date of June now. Stay away from this dealerships sales people.
