We just got a 2022 vehicle and bought a car wash package through take 5. We had been through it probably close to 10+ times with out issue. One day my husband took it through and it broke a piece of plastic off the door. He submitted a claim and was denied saying it was the fault of the car or a preexisting condition. Which I find ridiculous because the car is two years old. We took the car to Barbers Body shop and they confirmed it was 100% the car washes fault. I left multiple voicemails to the person over our claim and he never responded. So all and all this place sucks. We paid out of pocket to get it repaired.

I went to the Take 5 car wash in Jasper, Alabama to wash my dad's filthy car!! Being a first time customer, I had plenty of questions!!! As I pulled up to the pay station, Tommy; an employee, was there to greet me. I told him it was my 1st experience at this type of car wash and needed guidance. Tommy explained how it all worked and answered my millions of questions! He was very kind, knowledgeable, patient, and customer oriented!!! I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to this establishment! And if you have any questions, ask for Tommy, he's the bomb!!!!!!
