I had a great experience at Supercuts today. There was a mix-up with my appointment but was still able to get my haircut right away. Shalene cut my hair and did an excellent job. Exactly what I had asked for. Very friendly business too.

River is a 5 star stylist. I just want to put that out there. But today 6-25, I did NOT see River.
My hair was already short and now it's so butchered I will have to wait weeks for it to grow out enough to be fixed. That's not an exaggeration.
The woman that cut my hair was so busy with her Facebook page about a family reunion and who she would allow on it she never asked me what I was there for. She spoke about it for a minute at least before I finally asked her if she was talking to me or on the phone. She wasn't.
I wanted the curls off the back of my neck and off of my ears. Keep the length on top. I had to stop her to tell her this because she still never asked.
She talked the whole time about this reunion and took the cape off. I wear glasses so I couldn't see what she had done. I had the curl over my ears and NOTHING else. I was angry and I told her that she messed up and maybe should pay more attention to what she's doing than how someone's related to her late grandfather. She did apologize but the damage was done.
A manager (didn't get her name) offered to cut the curls over my ears. She did the best she could I guess but there wasn't much she could do for the rest because it was so short. I didn't realize how bad it was till I got home and I could see the back of it with 2 mirrors. They didn't offer to show me for obvious reasons.
As bad as this is I'll pray that the woman's reunion goes better than my haircut. ?
