Suburban delivery person showed up promptly on date of delivery of our 250 gallon tank. He promptly explained process, signed my documents, made payment and he went to installing the tank and hooking up everything. Would definitely recommend Suburban Gas for your home propane gas provider.

Suburban Gas did a first rate job on our new account. Everyone from the office to the delivery/installer Dale Rhodes was great. I highly recommend them.

I had a different review listed but these guys went above and beyond to help out with the delivery time. I was upset we had to wait a week for a delivery especially since it’s been cold and they were just in our area Monday when I called Monday morning to order gas. I’ve been in the hospital and it was just hard to manage calling sooner for a delivery this time but seeing how nice everyone in the office has always been and now how helpful management is with customer service I promise to plan and do better on my end in the future if at all possible. It’s nice to do business with a company that can work with you when you really need it the most. Thank you to Ms Anita, Brad and anyone else that helped me this week. It means more than you know and I appreciate y’all.

The employees at the local branch are excellent to deal with. I have nothing but good things to say about them. However the new policy to charge a person who rents a take with the company to charge them an extra charge for not buying and gas in a year is disappointing. I have rented this tank for over 20 years and use it for emergency heat. If the policy continues into the next year I will have no choice but have the tank picked up and do business with another company. I hope the policy is changed.

25 years of renting with no service calls and now the want a no users fee of 5$ a month since I don't use enough propane for there likings. So they will be removing the tank was the only way the would keep from paying the outstanding fees. Or buy more propane than I need.

I am very upset with Suburban Propane. I received a bill and haven't had any service calls. We rent a tank from them and have only had to pay a renters fee in January. I called and was told the bill is for not getting propane in a while and will be receiving this bill every year if I don't. I was never told this would happen but if I get propane they would take the fee off. My husband just passed away May 30th this year and I just don't have the extra money to purchase propane if I don't need it at this time. We only use it when we need for emergency heat in the winter. I would have appreciated knowing of this charge ahead of time. Thank you

Service man was very professional very polite and knowledgeable. Lady's at the office I've talked to are very friendly. Glad the company was recommended to us.
