I have been a loyal customer with Spectrum for years . I shut down anyone that makes a negative comment about Spectrum. It's the best mobile service you can get. I have multiple lines on my account .To get to the point, the local store was great The technician tried his best to help me but due to a glitch in my billing I was not able to do my upgrade. The issue is now resolved and I am waiting on my new galaxy phone. This was the first time I have ever had an issue with Spectrum. If Spectrum would like to reach out to me I will be happy to discuss where the problems started with my account. All is well now and if I ever need to go back to the local store I will be perfectly comfortable with doing so.If you go there ask for Drew, he was kind and understanding and did all he could to help

Was told at the Spectrum store in Jasper, AL when I went today to set up an appointment to get my services started that they did not service my new address. I was previously told by a Spectrum representative that they did so which is totally conflicting and confusing. Called the 1-877 Spectrum number when I got home and evidently they do service my area and my appointment to get services started is set for Sunday. The local representative lady at Spectrum obviously does not know they do or does not care or both.

Prices are high and half the time internet never works just wish Verizon was in my area 10 times cheaper until then am stuck with them because I have to have internet and it's 84.99 month

Spectrum really should screen their employees that drive Spectrum Company vehicles. On December 9, 2022, I was traveling on Highway 69 in Jasper Alabama around 730 a.m., when a Spectrum employee pulls out in front of me causing me to slam on my brakes, then he slams on his brakes twice (almost like he was trying to cause a wreck) I decided the best thing for me to do is go around him, when I did he gives me the finger, turns his lights on bright and starts tailgating me. I immediately called Corporate and reported his actions. This is unprofessional behavior on the part of this Spectrum employee and should be reprimanded for his actions. Judging by Spectrum's employees, I would never consider their services.

Moved locations and decided to cancel service. My wife Tried returning the box several times over a few weeks, because she works in town there and I’m over an hour away at work. They wouldn’t let her return it because she wasn’t on the account, so I took a half day to return it and they wouldn’t let me return it, they told me to call the 1 800 number. So I did and they said to take it to the store. I finally got a hold of a rep on the phone and she said to take it to the UPS store ( which is across the street ) and they would ship it to them (across the street) so after about a month of trying I dropped it off at the UPS store. The rep on the phone said I’d have to pay last months bill but I wouldn’t get charged for the current month for all the trouble. 2 weeks later charter calls and tells me I owe $80 more dollars I explained the the previous rep said that wouldn’t happened and she refused that and said I owed it. So I gave her $40 over the phone and at the end of the week I paid the other $40 on the app. Mind you they did acknowledge they received the box. Now fast forward 5 months a collection agency is calling me saying I owe charter $43. I’m sick of this, I will get dial up before I ever deal with this crooked company again. It’s even on my credit report ….$43, they lied to me not once but four times about returning the box and being free of the contract.

No tv services and I have called 30 times and they say it's Roku but Roku app works and not spectrum so no help from spectrum at all!!!
