My family has shopped here several times. Usually after a LOT of searching we find something. This is one of the only shoe stores within a 30 mile radius. Our past experiences have always included confusion as to where certain departments were. Seems like things are kind of just placed throughout the store. Women's girls men's boys there's no certain area to go to when looking for a certain gender or age. Although friendly the employees are not trained in being helpful when it comes to questions like "do you have this in a wider size?" Or " what shoes would come in a wider size?" I've always just powered through and dug through the mountains of shoes as if on a scavenger hunt and never said anything. But yesterday (sunday) my son was in desperate need of a new pair of school school shoes. We consulted the website to make sure we knew they were open on sundays and what time. As posted it said 11:00 am. So we braved the rain and the cold and arrived at approximately 1130 am. We were greeted at the door by a young girl who was inside setting up her register who informed us they don't open until 1:00 pm. Long story short sorry you lost a $105.00 sale.

I went in to buy my son a pair of New Balance shoes and was going to buy me a pair of shoes and I have kidney problems and had to use the bathroom and the cashier told me I couldn't use the Bathroom said it was employees only and the mall bathroom is out of order as big as this company is they should let customers use the bathroom especially with kidney problems

Website said they open at 10:00 am 7 days a week; they are not open on Sunday at 12:31 pm.

For it to be such a big shoe department store they don't carrying many options for young girls between toddler and preteen. They really didn't have many options for boys either. The had plenty of associates on hand today for the tax free holiday but they weren't any help. They stood around acting like a bunch of school girls not very professional.

The worker was nice until she found out I was doing a return, then her whole attitude changed. She was very rude about the fact that I had purchased the shoes at another store not close to there, it was none of her business but the shoes were bought for my disabled father and since I live in Jasper I returned them there because he is unable to drive. Will never buy a pair of shoes from this location as her terrible attitude was uncalled for.

Nice store, terrible selection. If you are a guy that wears size 11 and up, do NOT shop here. You won't find anything.
