Philip, the manager, is always very helpful with my storage and moving needs. I currently have a storage unit with this facility and I am always treated with courteous and friendly service. I would recommend this UHaul and storage property to anyone.

Horrible service.
When I got there to pick up the truck everything was fine until he ask me if I wanted to purchase additional insurance on the truck when I declined he rudely stated that he would never leave a store without purchasing the additional insurance and just giving me a dirty look. Quoting me the final price, i handed him my card and was informed that I was unable to use it because it was a online banking chime card. He said they do not accept Paypal chime cash app etc even though when I made the reservation online I made it with my PayPal card. Following day I went to a different location that said yes they do accept chime etc payments. I even spoke with someone from corporate over the phone that confirmed that yes U-Haul does except online banking cards.

After the stress of moving, it was so nice to come across someone as helpful as Mr. Gold was. The U-Haul drop off was so easy and the storage units were so well kept and clean. I have no worries about storing my belongings there. Mr. Gold was so nice and professional. I wish every experience was as great as this one was. The facility was one of the most clean and well kept businesses I have ever been too also. Thank you so much!
