Took my daughter to them Sunday. Let me tell you when I say the lady was rude ( I’m being nice about it). My daughter told her 6 times that she wanted the White tip and no color. The lady kept telling her to pick her color and my daughter would tell her that she didn’t want color. She told her all she wanted was the French tips (white tips ) the lady just kept on fussing with her about color.
As she was getting my daughters nails ready for the tips she cuts my daughters finger and tells her that is was my daughter fault that she cut her , if there had been another place opened on Sunday we would have walked out.it was that bad. It was so bad the lady sitting next to me even was getting upset about the way she was treating my daughter.

Really pitiful and just all around sorry customer service and whoever the guy is answering the phone needs to be fired. If he's the owner please boycott that business! I'd really like to see that place closed down bc of the disrespect that they give.

Worst manicure I have ever had. Nails not cut straight across. Acrylic all over my fingers. Acrylic not meeting nail bed so there is big gaps. The elderly mad was not friendly. He kept hitting my fingers with the file when if I tensed up and if I said sorry he kept saying oh sorry always sorry. Would not recommend.

I moved to Jasper recently and have been looking for a good nail salon, my coworkers told me I’m better off getting them done out of town. I decided to give Jasper a chance and tried this place by Walmart and it took 3 hours and the man was eating, like loudly crunching food the ENTIRE time he was doing my nails. Bending down and grabbing bites of food. No washing hands.I got a full set with gel. Just him applying the fake nail tips and brushing on acrylic took a whole hour. Acrylic looked good just a tiny bit thick but I was pleasantly surprised and was like well a little thickness can be ignored. Until he started painting. Gel looks AWFUL and all my nails are super thick and bumpy. I am not trying to be rude when I say this, but it genuinely seemed like he did not know how to properly and evenly paint a nail. Some of more polish than others. Some have massive bumps from polish just inconsistently spread on my nails. He says they’re bumpy and uneven because I chose glitter and because I moved. Which wasn’t true of course. I’ve gotten glitter nails tons of places and never has it looked like this. Cost $45. Save yourself some time, money, and grief and go somewhere else. Ignore my dry hands. First pic is to show how there’s essentially no polish on the end of my thumb. Rest are me trying to show you guys how thick they are. The pics really aren’t doing it justice.

I went there on Saturday night at 7:05 because it was the only place opened and google said they closed at 8 but when I drove to jasper the door said 7. The woman was already doing someone's nails but said she would still do mine. I wanted the french manicure with gel. The only thing she did was file my nails down and paint them, she didn't push my cuticles back or cut off the dead skin around my nails and still charged me the $30. It looks like I did my nails at home.

I came to get a pedicure while waiting for my oil change across the way. There was only one technician in the store with one client. She asked me to wait. I waited about 15 minutes which was fine. Then the technician went to the back a 3rd time to apparently wake up the other person working. Nail polish was on the top skin of my toes, and no scrub or exfoliant was used on my feet. I still left a tip because I am not that evil but I will not come back again.Service: Pedicure
