“After seeing my doctor, I went to the lab to have blood work. Ms Yvonne, the lady who drew blood, could not find the veins in either arm which has always been a problem with my veins. She said she would have to go into the top of my left hand to draw blood. I've had it done this way before and previous medical staff at other facilities either didn't know what they were doing or didn't care because it always hurt. But Ms Yvonne, took great care in performing the procedure and I never even felt the needle!
