The last 3 times I've been there to have my cash washed, the car still has dirt on the windows and near the bumpers. The car was not extremely dirty either. I'm very disappointed.

Everyone always friendly and helpful. Does a fair job on washing your car. Never used the vacuums as I do that at home.

First of all it was 32$ and my car was not clean at all after the wash you but besides that my brand new car came out with the hood completely scratched and a small deep scratch on the drivers side. I would not recommend going here.

This car wash is the worst some of those young people that work there are ruled 5/7 around 7:40p.m. I came through now I understand that it was close to closing time and the machine willn't honor membership and the girl told me that my payment was declined and I know 100% that it wasn't I've been trying to call since 5/7 and still can't get anyone I've gotten on the call back no onr calls back well Marc 1 car wash you have lost my business and I called my bank as well. Very upset customer!!!!!

The Vacuum works...to bad the wash doesn't. Paid $21 to basically wash my wheels, grill, running boards, top and back of my SUV with the bug prep brush.after I came out.
Do not waste your time or money.

Everyone is always so attentive and so friendly. Even if my wash isn't right, the General Manager, MJ always makes my experience a one-of-a-kind and fixes it. Also this is one of the only Marc-1s around with a buff and dry. I really appreciate the service their doing and they need to keep up the great work! Thank you Marc-1 Jasper!!

This is my last car wash; I paid extra for the wheels. After going through the car wash, I got out to see how they did. It was the worst job ever, they missed the bottom of my SUV all the way around. The machine also flipped the passenger side mirror in, you would think it would clean the outside of the mirror clean. It was as dirty After going through as it was before. I went to speak with the lady at the debit/credit pay machine. I showed her the bad wash and she ask if I went by the scrub a dub or something like that. I asked her to explain what she was talking about. They have an area set up for you to wash your car after going thru their car wash. I explained to her in a nice way that I was 77 years old and had just paid extra for them to clean the outside of my car. She offered to let me go thru the wash again, or I could use their wash your own car area to wash my car myself. I had a hard time understanding how a car wash would have an area for customers to wash their car where their machine failed to clean their car. Give me break people. I paid you to wash my car, and you expect me to pay you for me to wash my own car.

Went thru didn’t even touch the east to get too areas on my car . Asked if I could run back thru was given attitude. Went back thru same result . I got the most expensive wash !! Very unhappy !!

A great car wash experience. The machines that clean the floor mats are out of order. The vacuums are strong and the employees are nice.
