If any way possible, find another place to go. I honestly thought this was the best place to go, for a family member but that is far from the truth. They tell you that they teach you how to save money while working but they fail to tell you that they take every dime that you make (that you legally pay taxes on this money because it is from an employer) and do not give it to you. They repeatedly try to manipulate you and push you to just give up your recovery and leave the program so that they can keep your money and put in their pockets. They set you up a green dot account (by committing fraud) and have the employer deposit your earnings and they withdraw your money the day it deposits. I honestly feel in my heart this is not the work of God and looking to press formal charges. With that being said please refrain from entering this program because they take, take and take more from you when they are suppose to be building you up to be successful. For example, my family member was punished because she forgot to change the eye burner covers and wipe off the microwave the day she had to clean the kitchen- therefore she lost her visitation with her family for the month. (Wish was very discouraging to her as would be to anyone)Another example, Kristin would make these girls clean until 1 or 2 am in the morning even on the days they were made to get up and go to a full time job and work 8 hours.Another example, Kristin will take the girls to her home and make them rake leaves for 8 hours but that is suppose to be okay to do because she considers that community service or a work assignment. The girls that attend this place are treated unfairly, yes they need help but don’t need to be kicked while they are down or mistreated. They are not allowed to use the phone for a while once they have entered the program, which in my opinion, family is a positive phone call not a negative one.I have so many stories and don’t have enough room to write about them all but I want the truth to come out about this place because wrong is wrong and right is right.

Hope for Women is a great place!! They focus on the One who can truly help people with addiction and that One is Jesus! The program is all about building a relationship with Christ. The program's results will amaze you if you are serious about it and put forth the effort. I've seen it first hand transform people.

This place is actually the worst. Go to any rehab but this one. Bringing your family member here is asking to never see them again until they are up to the christian "standard" or being sober.

Don't go to this rehab there are many better ones. If you bring your family here you'll never see them. Not until it's been months of soul crushing news about how they've been mistreated.

My friend went to Hope for Women and stayed 4 months and in that time they made unauthorized transactions on her bank card and they wouldn't give her the money she made working at the restaurant 319 and she worked there for 4 months. They said she had to graduate and be there for a year before she could get the money she worked for.

I went to Hope For Women, and it's the best thing that ever happened to me. They do not take all of your money. You pay rent there, but they are teaching you how to be a responsible adult. When girls like me come in that have been an addict for most of their life, they dont know how to pay bills and all the other things that go along with being a sober and productive member of society. Any woman that goes to this place has the opportunity to change their life. It's all up to them. Hope For Women helped me become a sober, God loving, truly happy person. If you want help, real help, give it a shot.
