I have been using this pharmacy for years, started when Pam was working there and it was always friendly and no hassle ever. I don’t know the guys name who is clearly miserable because he’s rude on the phone and in person; but he is the reason I will no longer be using this pharmacy. He acts like it’s such a burden to DO HIS JOB. Bigger guy that usually sits on a stool and doesn’t bother to get up and greet anyone, is just short and snappy. I hate to leave a pharmacy that’s been convenient to me for years now, because someone needs to find a new profession.

This pharmacy is great if you've just seen a doctor at Urgent Care. Usually your meds are ready by the time you're discharged. But it's terrible for regular prescriptions. The guy at the front desk is rude and acts like he's super annoyed to be there. Also, there is NO communication from the pharmacy about the status of prescriptions. If you request a refill, you have to keep checking in with them until it's ready--which is probably why the guy at the desk, who also answers the phone, doesn't like his job. Today, I tried to pick up a prescription refill that I requested 2 days ago, assuming it would be ready. But it wasn't. There was a problem, and no one bothered to tell me. Then, rather than help me figure out why my prescription was showing as "discontinued," the guy at the desk rudely told me that they couldn't fill it, he couldn't do anything about it, and to call my doctor--whose office is closed on Fridays (today). This was even after I showed him that the patient portal for my doctor's office showed the prescription was active. Sitting in my car outside of Urgent Care I noticed that, per the patient portal, my doctor's office had sent a new prescription to Carbon Hill Drugs--which may have rendered the old prescription (with Glover) inactive. So I called Carbon Hill Drugs and asked them to fill it. I picked it up about 30 minutes later without any problems or attitude. I'll take my business there from now on.

I think the longest I had to wait for my scripts to be filled was around 15 minutes.Whenever I fill out the new patient forms for any specialists I make sure the have Glover Drug UrgentCare NW's address and phone number handy. If I had a question they would get the answer. If they saw anything that may cause me problems they would bring it to my attention.

Pharmacy was supposed to open at 1:00 pm on Sunday but still not open at 1:20, as of now. My prescription required a prior authorization but no one can give me an answer as to how long that will take to get. One time in the past it took one month so I had to pay cash for a very expensive drug for the entire month. No one at the pharmacy or doctors office would take responsibility for the lack of service. Very disappointed. Would give zero stars if that was an option.
