The staff works with you and is friendly they know their stuff. The downside is I've bought 2 used games from jasper game stop and neither of those games worked would suggest only buying new games there and not used games

Very friendly and helpful service. Actually, sold some games, and they were friendly and very helpful, and we can't wait to spend our store credit.
