The vehicle I was towing broke down just south of Jasper, AL, on 78/22. Called Ferguson Automotive, Mr Ferguson answered. His raw honesty(rare these days) put me at ease immediately. His technicians were off for the week, which meant he was running the shop by himself. Rather than trying to snag my business, he shared his current situation with me & told me it would probably be 4 or 5 days before he got to it. We talked for a few minutes & by the time that talk was over, I knew I wasn't taking anywhere else. Time doesn't matter as long as the quality of work is performed. Mr Ferguson & his technicians are the true definition of that.. Not just quality, professionalism, a straight shooter, and most importantly, HUMBLE. He leads by example! His technicians have the same mentality as Mr. Ferguson.
I left my jeep & continued to destination (5 1/2 hrs away). Every time I called to get a status update, they were down to earth, straightforward, but humble (super busy, but you'd never know it when talking to them). Rather than drive the 5 1/2 hrs back, I had it transported to me. The technician even called me to verify the transporter as well as help him load it.
Bottom line: I'd give this shop 10 stars if I could. Great bunch of people (including Mrs Ferguson). If you break down neat Jasper, AL give Mr Ferguson a call, but be patient. It may take him several rings to get across the shop. lol
I'm not one to write reviews, but family shops like Mr. Ferguson don't get the credit they deserve.

I have been using this repair shop for all of my vehicles and he is dedicated in correctly diagnosing and fixing your needed repairs I’m glad to have an honest hard working repair shop I can go to and know I’m being taken well care of.

Very great service , only a couple of mechanics and their work demand is high so be prepared to wait for service . It's a family owned business so quality is pretty much assured , be prepared to show off your driving in a tight driveway skils though .

Called another repair shop for estimate on having my transmission filter and fluid changed. They wanted almost double what Mr. Ferguson quoted me. I’m a very satisfied customer. Will definitely go back for any other truck repairs or servicing that may arise.
