always a super friendly staff. if you're looking for supplies for your next project this is the ONLY place to go. the huys behind the counter are all very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in anyway possible. the guys in the warehouse are the same way. they are always careful loading materials and friendly. This business gives off that down home vibe and every trip usually ends with a handshake or two and a "yall come see us again" not to mention they are cheaper than the big box on almost everything! we deal with the guys at Duncan's every chance we get. you won't be disappointed

I won't ever step foot back at this place. I went up there late spring '20 to buy materials to build a porch and a truck shed. They had everything except the deck boards, was told that if I wanted to wait a truck would be there around closing with the deck boards. So I said ok, they started gathering the other materials and the delivery truck arrived during this. The guy told me to go inside and have them add the deck boards to my bill. The old man in which I can't remember his name refused to sale them to me. Because he had 2 or 3 other customers that needed some. Now this is closing time on a Friday and another delivery truck was due Monday. I am an essential worker so I wasn't off work doing honey do projects, I just moved back here from Texas and needed a porch and steps. So since he would not sale the deck boards with me ready to pay I didn't buy any materials from there and never will. That is where my family always bought building materials from but we won't any more.

Duncan’s has been able to special order items that couldn’t be found elsewhere, and the prices are always fair. I am so thankful to have found such a reputable and kind supplier so close to home.
