Went to autozone today for a diagnostics report on my mothers car. There was a long haired guy there named TIMOTHY that has the absolute WORST customer service, smart mouth, terrible attitude, and a COMPLETE lack of professionalism that I’ve EVER seen there and I frequent this store often. He had a total disregard for helping me after he wrongfully turned my car off and lied and said he didn’t, then it wouldn’t restart so I had to leave it there. He was even extremely rude to my brother in law who’s a cop that ended up having to come and help me because Tim refused to. His attitude is going to cost them lots of business if he’s not dismissed or disciplinary action isn’t taken. Until the issue of Tim is resolved I will be taking my business to O’Reilly’s or NAPA where they know how to treat paying customers. I know that he does not exemplify the standard of the store manager and hope that she will rectify this behavior. I’ve talked to so many people today who said “I know exactly who you’re talking about.” So obviously he is this way with many customers and I’m hoping he is disciplined or DISMISSED. It’s obvious he no longer wants to be there and as long as he is, my money WILL NOT be spent there nor will anyone that I know.

Should probably hire somebody that has some basic automotive knowledge. I've never heard so many confusing "Umm" and "I don't know" in one conversation.

After I waited in line for 20 minutes after I asked him to use their machine to hook up the car to see what's wrong with it she handed to me and told me to do it myself which was okay but didn't tell me how to work it didn't tell me where to put it or nothing had to figure it out on my own cuz she was helping one more customer

Cheaper to buy most parts for your car than from a auto dealer. If they don't have your part they can order it and get it in just a couple of days.
