If you're looking for the slowest pharmacy in Jacksonville, search no more.
If they tell you 11am, you'll be lucky to get your medication by closing.
They also have no problem filling a "partial" prescription of 90, with a total of 15 and telling you to wait 2 weeks for the rest.

The slowest pharmacy I've ever experienced. Filled my prescription incorrectly and I had to go multiple days without medication. Had to go back and forth with my doctor just to get my prescription correctly filled after they didn't give me the correct amount.

We already transferred our prescriptions to Walmart since Walgreens takes FOREVER to fill anything. Thought we’d try vaccines at this location. Got everything scheduled, confirmed, and when we got to the store there was a sign that the pharmacy was closed due to staffing issues. What a mess.

We use the pharmacy here as our main pharmacy since we've moved to the area. The staff has been mostly friendly and we usually get quick service. However, it sometimes seems like they are understaffed and the wait times are a bit long. Overall we are very satisfied with this location!

Stopped using this place a long time ago because of the horrible pharmacy. Now, I will never even shop at this location again. Management allows other patrons to scream and yell at their cashiers, making them cry and allows them to scream, threaten and belittle other paying customers as well. The manager constantly laughing the entire time. Being in management myself, this was disgusting.

The pandemic has negatively impacted a lot of places in terms of retaining and finding quality employees for a lot of companies and the pharmacy isn't discluded from this. There are truly amazing employees that work at the pharmacy that will go out of their way to provide information that could help customers as well as simply being kind and compassionate during short interactions. However, not everyone there has the decency to treat humans like they are - well human.I see how long your lines are and I see how short staffed you are. I sincerely feel for you. And I definitely understand how awful people can be, but don't be awful to those who aren't acting in that manner. Actually listen to your customers and help the the best way you can because I guarentee both the employee and customer are equally frustrated and want to move forward with their day. Being short, snobby, and huffy during short simple transactions do nothing to help anyone.Quality over quantity. Applaud your staff who do well. Address issues with those who need improvement and growth. This particular location hasn't been the greatest for a while, but it has the potential to be better.

Was told that my medicine was not in stock, but would be by 2:30pm.3:00pm rolls around, and they said it wasn’t on the truck and *might* be here tomorrow.Tl;Dr- Switching to another pharmacy that actually has medicine.

Got flu shot did not fill it
