I recommend Verizon wireless these guys if it takes them all day to set you up they're hard at work to provide what you need I'm very happy with the service they provide ?

Does any of these businesses do any training for their employees? These days, it seems companies just hire people and never give them the proper training. I do not blame the people who work in these businesses. It the operators & "management" people who are to blame for the associates' inadequacy to perform their duties. I recommend T-mobile, I suppose. However, I have not tried T-mobile either. So please, do not take my word for recommending this network. Trust your own judgment and experience when dealing with your cellular carrier. Have a great day, my fellow Google Maps users. ?

Went in with an issue, which I had to wait forever for them to get with me and they came no where near resolving the issue.

LESS THAN ONE STAR !THIS IS A SISTER COMPANY AND VERIZON CAN NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THEIR ACCOUNTS . I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE AND CHAT SINCE 9 AM THIS MORNING WITH NO RESOLUTION TO A MISTAKE THAT THEY MADE WITH A PROMOTIONBlake and Wesley were extremely rude ! Corporate corrected their mess up and these guys were reported !GO TO A REAL VERIZON STORE ! THIS IS A SISTER STORE AND IS TERRIBLE !

Josh at the Verizon store was great. He was able to answer my questions and make my transaction very seamless. Been with Verizon for years and the Jacksonville store never disappoints!

Front desk help was very good! On our second day we we're not offered fresh towels, she didn't even check to see if any needs. We were giving fresh towels when we asked the front desk clerk.
