O'Reilly Auto Parts provides excellent customer service. The employees are nice, friendly, and helpful. They go the extra mile to assist customers. If a part is not in stock, they will order it. The store offers great prices, cheaper than most auto parts. Employees are knowledgeable and patient, taking time to help customers find what they need. They make an effort to help, even if the part is not available, and show kindness to their customers.
Friendly staff.checked my engine light for free and my battery. Large selection car parts. Will put your windshield wipers on for free when you buy them there.

Heather (assistant store manager) at the Jacksonville store was very helpful. She changed my light bulb in my headlight, and cleaned off my battery terminals because of corrosion. I offered to tip her and she wouldn’t take a penny. She is very sweet and knows her job. Thanks Heather for your great service!
