I can’t say enough about the ladies that own Merle Norman. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when either shopping for makeup, clothes, or even baby gifts.If they don’t have the item’s size in stock you’re looking for, immediately it’s ordered.They also have an embroidery service which is very convenient.I’ve never been a boutique shopper until this past year after seeing an item posted on Facebook and the level of kindness and professionalism they both showed me as a first time customer.

Went to pick up items I had embroidered here. Stitching was messed up, crooked letters, no offer to fix. Never was called to let me know that there was a problem. When I picked these up and inspected the work done, I was livid! I asked the owner, assuming she’s the owner, if she’d give these as gifts, her reply, “when you drop off items to be monogrammed, you never know what you’re gonna get” That tells me NO , she wouldn’t. This is the SAME person that I dropped off items to and told what I wanted. She seen each item and never once said there would be an issue. This cost me 52.00 and I won’t even give these as gifts. They look terrible! The 3rd picture is the only one done correctly.

Love that I can get my make up, skin care, monogram items & clothes all in one spot. Owners are friendly, love their embroidery & sublimation work. Open late for us that work later & always helpful with gift ideas. The detail in their embroidery work is amazing.

I have always had great experiences at Merle Norman they have a great selection of makeup, clothes and accessories. They are so helpful with everything and do awesome embroidery too. They have a great selection of baby gifts also. I highly recommend them.
