In the process of having to move out of this area to Jefferson county, for a couple months until the big move up to Michigan in a few months. 5x10 unit ..$69+$8 insurance. Facility is Fairly New ..so it's clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

This place is under new ownership and the new owners don't know what they're doing.. Reserved a unit 2 weeks ago online go online got there today only to discover they don't have anything available and the guy working the counter was absolutely no help. Would not recommend this for anything.

Today is the 6th, and we have had our access suspended. As noted in the picture, gate access is not denied until the 10th. We called the after hours number to figure out why, but there is no answer. What a terrible first month..

First time I’ve ever used a storage facility so was apprehensive but there was no need to be. Staff was courteous and helpful, the facility was very clean and even with all the rain the unit was completely dry. Would definitely use them again.

I been with Jacksonville Secure Storage since the day they opened, and I still feel secure! I feel safe every time I go to my store! Very clean! The owner and staff here are very nice. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will definitely continue to recommend people to jacksonville secure storage!!
