I'd rather barter with a damn snake than step foot in that thieves den ever again. Its bad when you get a double charge on your card, even worse when they say they'll correct it and they don't. Could have saved 3 trips to that place and dove into an actual dumpster and came out better. But the icing is when you drop $100 next to such a noble, honest person and they kindly return it... no, I parked next to a human Brat doll who retired at 25, who slid her paper thin flip flop over my cash as she continued making an entire car door out of packaging tape. In an attempt to peacefully collect my lost funds, I asked the manager to look into it. She claimed she'd get in touch with me asap after she solved the issue, yet didn't get my name or number until I reminded her as I was leaving. And upon my follow up I return to the same manager who acts bewildered, as if I never came in, and when her memory eventually rebooted, she was nothing but dismissive of all the facts, proving she had never looked into it at all. I'm about to go fill up a cart with $100 worth of frozen goods and act shocked when I can't find my money..

Cashiers are very kind, but I suspect corporate is greedy as all get out because they are constantly understaffed and working their tails off.

One of the nicer locations that I have been in. Store was clean, organized and well stocked. Staff was not really encountered as they did not engage customers unless the customer initiated the contact. No greeting or thank you, just silence?

I went to this store for one reason and it was for the buy one get one free sheet sets. When I checked out I was charged for both. When I asked about this the woman behind the counter went to look at the sign they had up and she told me that the deal ended yesterday. The sign should have been taken down if that was the case. Or at least let us get the deal or a discount for the inconvenience. There was no date on the sign that was up so we didn't know.

If you are in Jacksonville looking for a DG this is the best one. The staff is friendly and helpful and NOT RUDE like the DG on Nesbitt St (hwy 204).

Lots of freight on the floor,needed more stockers,found what I needed tho and checked out,were doing the best they could to help customers and also stock the store.Maybe need overnight stockers on heavy freight orders would be a plus for organization and a plus on customer service and total store look.
