Girls were so helpful. I recommend Jacksonville Cricket! Starr & Brianna are great with assisting their customers and are very patient and explain everything for you to learn about your new phone!

Customer service is the best. Stephanie will do what it takes. She gets the job done. She is also a very nice and caring person. I wish others were like her.
