Trying to get them to do their jobs is a act of congress. You call ask for a quote 2 weeks later no response. You call back and they are at lunch. The Csr is rude and down right incompetent.

Everything is good until you cancel with them. Told them not to auto renew and that we were going with someone $200+ cheaper. They never said that we had to come in and sign a cancelation until after they took the money out again. Now its been 5 days and still cant get them to refund my money!!!!! Not sure of what to do other than file a police report for theft. This should worry anyone trying to do business with this company!!!!
