Avoid this tow company. I called triple A they called this company Said he would be there in an hour... tow driver called me SO HE HAD MY NBR...An hour and 45 minutes later. I'm calling the tow truck driver who called me and spoke to me and I texted him my triple A card to prove to him that I had premiere towing, not basic cause he was gonna try to be $72 on top of what triple A pays.. The guy never shows up and never answers his phone again.I called triple a, they said.Oh the driver canceled it.. So he could've let me know he wasn't coming because he had texted me and called me, but he didn't have the common decency to do that? So me and an eight year old and a total stranger who stopped on the side of the road and has been sitting there with me for HOURS helping me..WE DIDNT KNOW THIS COMPANY WAS NOT COMING HE COULD HAVE TOLD ME...SO I CALL TRIPLE A THEY SENT ANOTHER TOW COMPANY FROM ALEX CITY HE WAS there in 40 minutes..HENDERSON TOWING SHOWED UP.....this lk martin towing didn't have the decency to answer his phone tell me he wasnt coming...BAD MORALS, BAD HUMAN BEHAVIOR TO TREAT STRANDED PEOPLE LIKE THAT.

Told my husband to get his truck to there shop before 5 pm on Friday and sat morning told him the lift was gonna make it hard to do and they didn't know if he would pay for his truck to get fixed since it be more then the 1000 he was quoted. Got his hopes up and yall should be ashamed to be a mechanic shop that turns people away when they need help I'm ashamed to be in the same city as this shop

Was traveling through and had some steering issues. Brought it in and the gentleman that looked at it tightened some of the connection fuses and that was all it needed. Very kind and knowledgeable

Great towing service. The driver was very courteous and represented the business well. My vehicle was transported from Phenix City to Montgomery. I haven't had much confidence in some of the tow services that I have used in the past but I must say that this company exceeded my expectations.

They overcharge for towing. I called to get my car back because it broke down and they wanted me to pay 1500 dollars to tow it 2 miles. I called another place a few weeks earlier for towing and they only charged me 85 dollars and they came from alex city and towed it to the other side of dadeville.

Wonderful service! The person who responded to my needing help with a flat tire was great -- efficient, kind, and, really, the positive interaction with "Michael" just made my day.Update: Used the towing service 6/6/22 and, once again, received first-rate service from Michael! He's just the best regarding customer service and being an expert at his job.

Tow driver that came to pick my car up apparently didn’t realize the road was slanted . He hooked my car up and lifted it forward and it went all the way forward bouncing off the back of the tow car. Driver then proceeded to make a distasteful joke about what happened. Owner was rude and accused me of lying and then retracted it saying his driver said nothing happened and that they would review the camera footage but there’s “nothing they can really do. “ And said that me calling and him having to deal with all this was “ruining his Sunday “. Also stating that “sometimes accidents happen “. 2nd bad interaction with this towing company . Use anybody else .

The people here are really good people my truck went missing for over 2 weeks when I found it it was at their shop towed from someone yard they had it for a week before I found it and had gained a lot of expense from towing and storage and I couldn't afford to get it out the owner was willing to work with me on this he didn't have to but that is the kind of people they are GOOD PEOPLE so please give them your business and let's help them grow ?

Recently used them for a AAA lockout and all I can say is wow. Communication was amazing and they showed up in a timely manner to unlock my dog from my vehicle! Hands down the best customer service and expertise I’ve ever had! Thank you!
