The store manager is terrible. Always gossiping and dragging her employees down even in front of customers. This place is so terrible and so unorganized needs better management. Hear me out just go to CVS she truly does not know anything about retail or customer service.

I called pharmacy and kept me on hold for nearly 15 minutes. Someone answered one time and said Sarcastically hold on thank you And then Someone kept answering that phone and putting me on hold I could hear them talking at some point but they never answered the phone Someone kept answering that phone and talking put me back on hold. Very rude them folks in the pharmacy dept at Walgreens in Jackson Alabama. I finally had to hang upAnd calledThe front of the store and talked to store cashier whom was nice enough to listen to me. I never did get to speak to anyone in the pharmacy dept.

I got tested for Covid because my grandmother passed away and needed to know if I could go home to be there for the funeral. 2 hour result test. NO CALL, NO EMAIL. I called today to get the results and a woman answers and asks if I was Bethany, I said yes she said “I called you and got no answer” I said I didn’t receive a call she said “it was positive” I said oh, okay and she HUNG UP. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Thankfully I’m a TEMPORARY resident and will NEVER recommend this area. The people are so rude and I’m beyond disappointed with my experience. She was rude when I tested and rude when I called. Do better Walgreens. Give them a raise or actually give a single care about your staff and how they treat others.

Very rude and unprofessional! Their Team Lead, Brittany, followed my mother to the restroom and waited outside the door. Then, Brittany approached my mother afterwards and accused her of messing up the restroom, then refused to serve her and threatened to call the police. My mother is in her 70’s and is extremely non confrontational and CLEAN! She was embarrassed and afraid. Brittany’s behavior was aggressive, accusatory, and extremely unprofessional, and I am furious and LIVID that my mother had to endure this embarrassment!

I don't understand this place and it seems like employees don't care about taking care of the customer. I assume they are overworked. I don't think they really want to wait on customers. Or this place need more help you got a attitude problem. Somebody please tell me what's going on at the store call Walgreens

I’d choose any Walgreens, except this one. I had COVID and my husbands job made him take off due to obvious reasons. He got sick, so scheduled a PCR test with Walgreens. The testing went smooth. Well, we waited on results well beyond the 72 hours they said it would take for results. Finally called them & we were told they had a delay on sending out the tests so the results would be later. Waited another week, we were told they still weren’t in. Waited another week, was told the doctor that was entering the results had just been behind in entering them. Waited yet another week and finally went into the store to see someone face to face. After 6 weeks, we were told that the person who was responsible for labeling my husbands test, sent it with no label. So, when it arrived at the lab with only his hand written name, they tossed it. We were lied to for 6 weeks. I guess they hoped we would just forget about it? Sure, seems like a simple test, but my husbands job would only pay him for the time off if he received a positive test. 6 weeks later, we can’t prove he was sick with Covid specifically.

The management really needs to explore ways to improve the customers experience. They never answer the phone and the wait time at the drive-thru window was 1 hour and 30 minutes last night. The line was just as long when I left. I believe the management really needs to improve the services because having a Walgreens is really an asset to the town.

I love Walgreens in general but there pharmacy is not too helpful, especially there drive up window. You general have to wait longer than 10 minutes to get a response then more time waiting to get your medications. My medicine was called in early and still waiting.So disappointed

The store staff are always friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is outstanding. Tena Jackson Pharmacy Tech is exceptional! She is so helpful. She corrects any issues, get my meds refilled in a timely manner & never complains. I appreciate her help so much. Pharmacists, Mr. Romano and Ms. Billie are friendly and knowledgeable. All of the staff treat you like you're the only customer when you reach the counter. Sometimes there's a wait but it's worth it to get great customer service.

I just waited in line at the drive thru for over 15 minutes with time to spare before the pharmacy closed just to get to the window and for then to stick the closed sign up. VERY VERY UPSET AMD DISAPPOINTED.
