Where they really came through is when just as the deal was done, the vehicle developed a minor problem with an engine component they had previously replaced. They immediately, without us having to ask, issued us a “we owe” agreement to reimburse us for replacement/repair of the part! While this may seem routine and mundane, it showed they care about their customers and stand behind work and reconditioning they do on their cars. We previously researched Town and Country and was pleased with their reputation, so much so we drove over 115 miles from our home in Mississippi to do business with them!
