Fit Life Gym offers a full line of Matrix Strength Equipment along with an extensive Cardio deck including treadmills, ellipticals, arc trainer, Lateral X, recumbent bikes, and upright bike. We provide a large Fitness Room for isometric / HIIT workouts furnished with a variety of fitness equipment including DB's MB's TRX Plyo Boxes Olympic Bars spotter arms and rigging for heavy lifting. We also offer a variety of group fitness training including Power Cycling, Step Aerobics, Pound Fitness Training and HIIT training.
