“Overall good. Was able to park truck and go in and grocery shop, so I was really happy about that. The only downside was that the checkout flagged something and the 'not-a-cashier' ( my phrase) had no clue what got flagged. Only that age had to be verified. She didn't even tell me what she was doing. I was fixing to pay and she just jumped right in my way with no warning or explanation. Kinda ticked me off.”
“I prefer Dollar General. Family Dollar is a quick place to pop-in and get the smallest of necessities for me. I've only ever been in two decent FD's. Not my choice for Dollar store shopping.”
“We found everything we needed in there without having to fight black Friday crowds at Walmart! If you need help finding something, you'll first need to find someone to help you. The prices were good and they had good deals. They had a lot of carts and boxes in the isles and walkways. I realized they were stocking items but it was a little difficult manuevering around. The cashier could have been a little more friendly but wasn't rude. All in all the store has almost anything you may need and is a cheaper and quicker way to get things that don't have to come from your large grocery stores.”
“OTR Driver here. Delivered here. Friendly folks, Unloading good. Drivers just be aware of many streets in this town "No Trucks", they even have them on US-43 onto Rte 69 and part way on Rte 177 off US-43. I just played it safe and came into the same street as Walmarts on US-43 made my turn around there and if you go back south on US-43 about 1.5 miles you come to Rte 177/College you'll see a sign "no trucks local deliveries only"(the others above say flat out No Trucks), which goes to TS about 1.3 miles down on the right, this makes for easy entrance to the dock ramp and sets you up correctly for dock unloading. ovnp is narrow but long. Google it you'll see.”
