I went in due to an issue with an online order. After calling 611, the rep told me to go to a store and they’d be able to further assist me. Provided, all phones on my account have come from this store except the new one, I went to the store.There’s a new young lady (I guess, she hasn’t been in there when I got any of the other eight lines on my account) working in there who informed me that I shouldn’t have ordered online, she’d try to help, but she was going to let me know that my account was going to be flagged for fraud..(does that even make sense when my identity’s verified?)Anyway, here’s the backstory: I didn’t get home until 6PM, called support, rushed to the store, and arrived at 6:42PM. They close at 7. She locked the door at 6:44.She continued to repeat herself, letting me know that she didn’t want to help. She even said that she was going to rush because she didn’t want to stay after 7.She scans my ID, asks for my number, informs me that the WiFi had already logged her out, and she had to log back in. (I work in IT and that doesn’t happen, but… ok)As she gets ready to login, she asked me for the eleventh time what I wanted to do. She told me eleven times in five minutes that my account was going to be flagged for fraud.I told her I’m going to walk out the door, I was over it. She then proceeds to tell to come back tomorrow and they could fix it!!!!I will NEVER return to this location. The commission these guys made on 5 phones and 3 iPads is all they’ll ever make from me.People in Jackson, if you want customer service, do NOT go to this store. I repeat do NOT go here. Drive to Mobile, or order online. These people are unbelievable!!!I have rated my experience here as 1 star only because zero or, dare I say, negative stars aren’t an option.I would deeply enjoy speaking with the store manager about my experience, should the store manager reach out to talk.

The woman who "helped us" was extremely rude and unhelpful. She actively acted like she wasn't interested in us being there and wanted us to leave. She didn't want to help us.

Went in today due to a bill issue and the reps were professional, knowledgeable and was willing to help. I was able to lower my monthly bill. I will be back to upgrade my devices at this location due to the great customer service.

I went with a phone issue and everyone else was busy . With customers Temeka also had a customer but she did acknowledge that i had came in the store. Even though she had a customer and told she would be right with me and that’s exactly what she did my issue took way pass closing time but she didn’t stop until after my problem was resolved

We have been dealing with problems on our bill for 2 billing cycles after dealing with a rep at this store.We were interested in upgrading and didn’t go through with it.The rep processed it as though we did, and when we had issues showing our PAID off phones were charged to the account again… they said “give it 24 hours”. That was July. This is September.Inefficiency at its worst.

Employees were very helpful. Only 2 Employees were working and a lot of customer came in and while we were being transferred from one phonebto another the Employees would wait theother customer not much privacy for everyone.

What can I say?? I came in for a charger and walked out with the new s22 ultra lol. Regina is as always a gem to work with. We joked and I learned some things about my new phone. Wish I could give her 1000 stars!!!

Horrible customer service. Called asked for availability on an iPhone and had attitude immediately. Very rude lady and was no help. Hopefully she finds a better mood for the next customer
