I had an alright experience, they helped me with some questions and told me where things were. So, I have no good nor bad things to say about it.

Used the website to make a Flu shot appointment. When I arrived the store was closed. Appointment was at 7:30pm and they started closing at 7 pm.

They need to be trained on customer service. Horrible service and have bad attitude. Need to learn common courtesy skills and treat people as customers. I will never go to this location again. I will be kind and stop at these comments. Good luck Walgreens Montclair!
