We have lived at The Village for 5 months and it has been an incredible experience so far! We recently had some maintenance work done in our apartment, and the maintenance men, Ryan and Mark, were so kind, efficient, and professional! Management is great to work with and very responsive. We love living here!

Do not stay here, mice everywhere, bathrooms are annoyingly small, parking is horrible, shady characters hanging about all the time and management is never in. It’s a very creepy apartment community. Manager lies and looks for every opportunity to go through your unit unannounced which is what happened to me and you can tell when someone has been in your space and gone through your things. Save your time and money. This place is not worth it and you will wish you hadn’t signed the lease!

The management here is horrible. the main lady is rude about handling maintenance and answering basic questions. Every time me and my roommates called the offices the main lady in the office had an attitude for no good reason. Not only was management horrible to deal with the apartments were infested with roaches. There was never treatment for bugs so who knows how bad it really is. I do not recommend living here at all!

I’ve been at The Village for five quick years now. My favorite apartments out of all the ones I’ve been in before this one. Low key. Peaceful. Cordial. Management is top notch. Maintenance as well. When people don’t do what there supposed to do they deflect and try to flip the script and demonize management. I can honestly say I haven’t had any issues with them in my short five years here. If there’s any negative comments about the landlord here just keep in my there’s two sides to every story and people speak on the part that makes them look like the victim and demonizes the other without giving full context so take any negative reviews with a grain of salt. Pretty solid Apartments! Would highly recommend. Manager has always been nice and respectful to me.

I have enjoyed living at Village at Grants Mill for the past three years. The staff here has been amazing, especially Jackie the Manager has been extremely helpful and accomodating. I rarely have to call for maintenance. However, when I do have to, she will send someone right away. The maintenance team is supper nice and efficient. They don't leave a mess behind and always fix the problem the first time. Needless to say, this is one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in a rental space!Felicia Oliver

Great place to live for women who live on their own!! Up to date microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Hardwood and carpet in the rooms. My only complaint is the bathroom is SUPER small, and the roof is super squeaky when the person above you is walking. Super quiet, safe neighborhood. Beautiful in the winter and fall! Always has events for the holidays.

I'm not sure who it is that works in the leasing office, but they were very rude and abrupt with me over the phone. I will be relocating to Alabama within the next few months, so I have to do everything online and by phone and it is really difficult to find out proper information about the apartment when the people working at this complex hang up on you mid call. This is extremely unprofessional, but I am glad this happened before I moved to Alabama so I know NOT to rent with them.

I lived in the complex for two years. It is a quite neighborhood, location is next to the interstate. Pros- the one bedroom is spacious; there is washer and dryer in-unit. Maintence is amazing, very prompt with servcing request. Cons- small bathroom, not enough storage closets, must use spectrum (and its very spotty connection), during the summer knats were an huge issue, I saw some water bugs by the window. The management is overall good.

Our need to locate locally came with much hesitation and troublesome anxiety by my wife. We had not been involved with "apartment living" in over 50 years and had no idea how it might have evolved during that time. Then we came upon The Village @ Grants Mill. It turned out to be a positive experience. The grounds are well kept highlighting an overall environment that is pleasant and quiet. The management and staff were friendly professional and helpful. They efficiently keep hands-on for the sake of their residents resulting in a much appreciated safe environment for all. When the time came for us to leave, my wife who had quickly grown accustom to our home-away-from-home said she was going to miss it. Our thanks and kudos go out to Jackie and Sam for their welcome and friendship.

I love staying here! The Village at Grants Mill has everything you want in an apartment. It’s quiet, it’s clean and there is great communication from the management! It’s close to several shopping plazas, the police station and fire station. I’ve been a resident close to a year and looking forward to renewing! Did I mention that the washer/dryer is included?

Pretty good complex, a few weird rules and regulations but the staff is awesome and the maintenance team is crazy good, as soon as I put in a request they had a man out there in 15 minutes!Overall good price and quiet community
