Mr. Ryan Gulledge went above and beyond in helping me locate my debit card. I thought I had left it a a Shell location in Leeds. After I found my card I called him back to let him know that I had found it. Mr. Ryan thank you for what you did. God Bless you.

Super clean store with a great selection of drinks, snacks, and surprisingly good hot food. Management and Staff (especially Melissa, Michelle, and Ryan) are friendly, helpful, and professional. Air pump on site too. Excellent service all around! Highly recommend!

I enjoy Shell, but their tire pump has been broken for over a month. I just went in to check and ask if it was fixed, I was told there was never an issue with the air pump, so I tried it again and it's still broken.
They refused to give me money back when though I was explicitly told it worked.

I don't really care who owns this store nor do I care what Morons with a pulse they hire. I stopped by today and the cashier was rude and very disrespectful and was more worried about his phone than takye my money for gas. So I turned and walked out and I will never visit this location again and I live close by.

This particular Shell gas station is definitely a good option if you are in the area and needing gas or something from the convenience store within. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The gas station was clean and inviting. Overall, this was a good place to stop and I would definitely recommend this particular Shell gas station.
