It was an absolute pleasure interacting with Koushik at the shell service station on beacon drive. From the moment I approached him, he was incredibly nice and displayed a high level of professionalism. He was so helpful with everything I needed, and his positive energy was truly refreshing.
Koushik's demeanor made a potentially stressful situation much easier to navigate. He was attentive, courteous, and genuinely seemed to care about providing excellent service. His positive attitude was contagious and made my experience a pleasant one.
I am genuinely impressed by Koushik's dedication and the way he carries himself. He is a credit to the service station, and I have no doubt that with his wonderful personality and strong work ethic, he will go far in life. I am proud to have been assisted by him and wanted to express my sincere gratitude for his help. Thank you, Koushik!

Parking and the interior is a little tight, but staff is friendly and prices are reasonable.
Note: if you buy a vape from here, read the postings and test it indoors before you leave - if it's defective they will immediately replace it for you.

Be careful buying anything inside. I’m pretty sure this place is scamming people by adding to the price of your item. I’ve been a few times in the last week and bought the same exact thing and the charges to my bank are all different. They never offer the receipt and keep the printer very hidden behind the counter. I would not trust this place.

I’ve had both good and bad experiences at this place. The staff is not that friendly and they open and close randomly whenever they want to.

Don't come here. Got a product that ended up being dangerous and defective. I kindly went in the next day and asked to exchange it, but they said they do not accept returns or exchanges. I understand it's a gas station, but it always sucks having wasted $20. They simply didn't care about the situation and were not very friendly.

I don't find myself commenting on gas stations or convenience stores often, but it's worth it with this one. The owner and staff are always super friendly and they go above and beyond to serve their customers. We will go out of our way to get our gas, snacks and the occasional six pack from this store because of how well they treat us.

Always at least one pump down and if you need a receipt forget about it. Just go ahead and lock the car and be ready to go chase it down inside from the cashier. They DO NOT EVER put receipt paper in the pumps. I’m forced to use this station since the one across from the Grants Mill dealerships is being rebuilt but I think I’ll just keep going. It’s worth driving a little further to avoid this one. WE HAVE TO TURN IN A GAS RECEIPT EVERY TIME AND YOUR LACK OF MENTAL ABILITY TO PUT PAPER IN THE MACHINES IS INFURIATING.
