“I was out with my friend when it was raining so bad with no umbrellas. So, we were on a mission to find and buy an umbrella to share. The man who helped us, who I believe is the owner, was so incredibly nice and even helped us BOTH get umbrellas! These umbrellas are so pretty, large and they’re super cool! Thank you so much for your kindness to us! It was my first time there but I will definitely come in again ?”
“I had bought a phone from Cricket in Warrior seemed slow and had problems with some apps. I was in Gardendale and stopped to see if they could solve my problems and switch to a simpler phone for my wife and
could still get on the Internet. Devon surely impressed me. He was courteous, patient,understanding.He genuinely was concerned and persistent in making sure we were satisfied with the new phones. My phone is now working great and a lot faster. My wife is happy with her new phone. Devon was outstanding. If you want it right see Devon. “I came into your store on Saturday March 30, 2024 at 8:30 pm. After driving from out of town to the Apple Store. My phone had to have 3 hours of repairs so I could make it back home safely w gps. Apple wasn’t able to connect my att service back. So I had 30 minutes to get over to att. There I met a very kind young man named Bill. He went above and beyond to help me get my service bk up. He even stayed til 9:30, 30 minutes after he was supposed to close and go home. But I needed WiFi to complete set up of my service. He deserves much more of a shout out for everything he did to help me. He had a very disruptive customer all while helping me. He was very kind to them and tried explaining that what she needed was out of his doing. He has a baby on the way and I pray he does great in life! With a personality like his, he will go far!! Please commend him and praise him for being a dedicated att employee!! He was amazing!! Bill is all I know. Thank you. I was able to use my gps and made it home safely!! Thanks to him!!
