“I have been with this office for over 45 years. I carried my first car insurance with the Trussville office back in 1979. Then when I bought my first house in 1986 I had my homeowners insurance policy with them as well. Well over the years it’s progressed to a second home, a few riders, life insurance , multiple cars. When Bo Murphy took over the office years ago it was a very smooth transition and I was thankful for that.
The staff has always so helpful and friendly. They are very knowledgeable about my needs. Until 2021 I had very limited and small claims. ( hail damage, small car accidents). But in early 2021, my second home was hit by a tornado. The damage was pretty severe. I heard that others in my neighborhood were having difficulty with their insurance company. But other than one minor issue, that was resolved in my favor everything went very smoothly and my home is better than ever.
I’ll stick with Statefarm. They’ve been great for me. Thanks Statefarm for all you have done over the past 45 years!”
