The new Lexus Rx350H car is very complicated. Clif Payne has spent several hours with us over several days to learn to use the interface system on the car. He is so patient and so very kind! What a wonderful man this Lexus dealer has working for them! A true asset!

I had a great and fun experience with my sales rep, Jon Parnell. He was attentive, knowledgeable, a good listener - not pushy, polite and patient. He really encouraged me to not settle, but get what I desired to have. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

The worst place !!!! Don’t buy a car here they have the worst costumer service!!! If I can give this company 0 stars I would !!! They sold a car to my mom and they didn’t even tell her how she supposed to make a payment no phone number no website no nothing !!! I called this phone number that’s here but they send me with different people and I had no help I tried speaking with the manager no help ! They gave me a phone number after the 20 person I spoke with and when I called they said they have nothing to do with Lexus company. They have Indian people working for them so it’s very dificulte to understand. Like I said I ask for the manager and nothing !!! I feel so disgusted they probably they the bad reviews out that’s why they have a 4.0 starts because WTH this is the worst company ever !!!!!

Everyone knows how difficult it is to find a GX550 right now, but Rich Quarles helped me find the perfect one. No one at the dealership was pushy about add-ons and Rich made sure I got the options I wanted. The finance department was extra helpful getting me the best rate possible. Skip those dealerships that have a "dealer mark-up" and go see Rich at Lexus of Birmingham.

My first visit to Lexus on Grants Mill Road..
I had a bad experience with my salesman.
When having my car appraised. My salesman at the time came out with another gentleman to appraise the car. It was raining and once the were done they both went back inside.
I was outside by myself the salesman didn't ask me to come back in, or communicate to let me know what he was during.
I stood out. There 15mins by myself. So I decided to leave.
I felt unappreciated and not valued as a customer.. but felt like the help..
I did call the salesman once I started driving to let him know how I felt.
How he left me outside . He had the audacity to tell me he didn't know he had to tell me.
I also, told him along with that obnoxious appraisal who came to view the car with.
He didn't speak or looked at me and notice I was there.
I was pissed..

Justan and the whole staff at Lexus of Birmingham were polite and welcoming. They made my trade in experience easy and have fair prices on vehicles. I would highly recommend stopping by and checking them out. Nothing beats a Toyota or Lexus vehicle!

In the past, I compared dealing with a car salesman much like having a colonoscopy. It was a necessary pain in the rear! Not so, with Alton McMillan of Lexus of Birmingham. It was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. He was professional, friendly, respectful and honest. He never pressured me. He took the time to explain everything about the vehicle and answered every question I had. As I left, I thanked him for his honesty, respect and kindness. His humble reply was,”that’s how you’re supposed to treat people”. I highly recommend Alton McMillan and Lexus of Birmingham.

A1 Deal from Joe Zeck, best all around Master Sales Rep. I drove up looking & met Joe & took less than 30 minutes to look at 17’ Lexus ES350 & test drive & reach a great price! Joe made buying a car easy & no pressure, was a joy talking to Joe he was a great listener & understood what I was in the market for & made the process beyond easy!
The paper work process was actually fast and easy as well. If anyone needs a Lexus stop by & ask for Joe Zeck he is like no salesperson I’ve encountered & I’ve bought & traded many times & this was overall fun, easy, & truly was made more like a personal experience and not a normal “ you need to buy car now it will be gone tomorrow type pressure experience” Today was an amazing car buying experience thanks in part to the care & concern of Joe.
Thanks again, I am loving my Lexus !
