Even though I did not have an appointment, a woman named Susanne Shepherd offered to assist me. What a godsend! She was so patient with me and presented me with fabulous affordable choices. She arranged layouts of various colors and tile styles for bathroom and family room. After I made my decision, she then contacted my contractor and arranged all the details. A truly wonderful experience. I am so grateful for her knowledge, creativity and kindness.”

“Awesome place !! Had a leak in my front yard from the main pipe coming in from the street. It was a weird bushing attached to a cutoff switch. Greg was awesome on the phone and even had me email some pics of the bushing that had cracked, which caused the leak. Went in there and spent $2.50 for the bolt/bushing and installed myself. Thanks to them and their help we saved what could've been close to $4-500 to have someone come out and repair. Seemed like everyone I talked to there who helped me genuinely wanted to help me.”
