In for a routine check up on a one year old automobile. In view of the limitations that Covid has had on all service businesses, I feel like BMW of Birmingham did as good a job as they could. I gave them four stars instead of five. Better communications would have warranted five stars. The work performed by technicians earned five stars!

Rachael, the service advisor was the ultimate professional. We were in a position that could of very wrong, but Rachel really calm us down and ensured us that our vehicle will be ready upon our return. Thanks to the Mechanic and everyone else that took care of my wife and I. Thank again.

Very good experience today at BMW of Birmingham. My service was first class all the way. My service advisor Racheal Gelacek greeted me upon arrival. She checked me in and explained everything to me. The service waiting room was clean with complimentary snacks and fresh coffee. Strong fast WiFi. Was out and on my way in two hours. Highly recommend them.

Great service and hospitality. I really liked the complimentary way and vacuum that was awesome. The service employee did a great job communicating and was very helpful. The day I picked my car the Service employee that was assisting me in the beginning was off and the young lady that assisted me in picking my car fell in like she had taken care of everything from the beginning. I had a great experience with Birmingham team. Great Team and Great Experience.

I visited BMW of Birmingham just before Christmas for engine repairs on my 2018 Mini. I was given a loaner vehicle due to my distance travel to the center. Everyone, yes everyone was courteous and helpful or offering help. There was a mix-up with the loner vehicle the service manager took charge and it worked out quickly. I am extremely happy with BMW of Birmingham.
