Dont walk RUN!This branch is horrible. I opened an account online but went by the branch to make a deposit. The manager, Petra, she can't find the info. Poorly informed. Never tried to help. Guess I'll keep my $35k deposit. On the other hand, the 800 number was easy as pie.

The staff at this BB&T branch is the best. PERIOD!!!! Mr. Smith and Mrs. Long run a tight ship. Much better than Wells Fargo, Regions, BBVA, 1st Commercial, Bank of America, etc.
