“We were recently in route from Indianapolis to Florida for Spring Break when our Ad Blue warning light came on, indicating only 600 miles remaining until the car would not restart. In a panic, I called Audi of Birmingham to see if they could get us in for a quick refill. We showed up an hour later and a sweet lady (cannot remember her name) remembered us, then proceeded to get us a complimentary refill. We were out the door and back on the road in 30 minutes! During our short stay, we were welcomed to snacks and beverages in the waiting area. Everyone was so welcoming and pleasant. A few hours after we left, the Ad Blue warning light came back on. UGH! 600 mile countdown again. On our return home from Florida, with 350 miles to spare, we stopped at this same Audi location again. Mark Scott took great care of us, getting us a complimentary refill again and our ongoing issue resolved quickly. They even washed our vehicle for us (which was much needed)! Even though we'll likely not visit this location again, we were extremely impressed with their professionalism, attentiveness and quick response to our issues.
